The Silver Ferns have smashed Jamaica 72-34 in their first netball Test. There were great defence from the Ferns in the middle of the quarter meant they took a 19-8 lead into the first break. The strong defence kept up right through the match and the Jamaicans were unable to mount a serious challenge. Both teams will now travel to Palmerston North for the second test on Wednesday, with the final test to be held in Rotorua on Saturday.
